A workplace for 36 UX designers and software developers, created within an existing open-plan 1960s warehouse and organised around a mix of focused work areas, breakout spaces, meeting rooms and shared amenities. The design used a series of interlinked spatial zones to create a vibrant but flexible working environment that supported both collaboration and individual concentration. Additional flexibility allowed the office to host external events, helping Crimson Education open its workplace to the wider public and build stronger connections with its community.
